The next phase in the Intrinsiq process is to test the software, or the part of the software that Intrinsiq would have designed for you. In this part of the process, the aim is to go back and forth between the “building” part and the “testing” part. That way Intrinsiq ensures that before the software is rolled out completely, everything works as it should.

The ‘Contract’ part of the process discussed last month (https://intrinsiq.net/supportblog/2022/3/8/the-intrinsiq-process-the-contract) is the confirmation of what the client and Intrinsiq have agreed on. Once that is signed and confirmed, we move on to the next stage of the process; probably the most obvious stage which is the actual building of the (part of the) system that the client wants.

The specification part of the process discussed last month (read here) is the more complex step. Once this hurdle is overcome, and once both the client and Intrinsiq are clear on how they will be proceeding, the next step is to sign the contract. This step is fairly simple, once the specification document is signed by the client we move on to the next phase.

The Specification part of the Intrinsiq Process is more of a “behind the scenes” kind of phase where the Intrinsiq team gets to internally discuss the outcomes of the initial client meetings. In short, this is where we make the magic happen and make all our client requests come true.

Communication is key. At Intrinsiq, we are firm believers in this, and it is for this reason that we always stress on the importance of consistent communication between us and our client; not just at the beginning, but throughout the whole process - from when the client engages with us, right until the moment of launch; and even post-launch.
