This week we look back on an interview we did last Friday with Mark and Jonas from Intrinsiq, during which we had the possibility to touch base on the latest developments at Intrinsiq and give a bit of a summary of the past weeks.

The next phase in the Intrinsiq process is to test the software, or the part of the software that Intrinsiq would have designed for you. In this part of the process, the aim is to go back and forth between the “building” part and the “testing” part. That way Intrinsiq ensures that before the software is rolled out completely, everything works as it should.

There are many schools out there who still take attendance manually, which can lead to various challenges or issues.

• The attendance sheet may get lost or filed in the wrong place

• The teacher might not have enough space where to write specific comments that he/she would like to include on it

• With manual attendance sheets, it is not possible to identify particular trends in student behaviour

Members of Staff within the Admin and Booking departments at schools always tell us that one of their biggest challenges in their job is the fact that it takes them a lot of time to input group bookings. On the other hand, whenever we talk about Intrinsiq, we always focus on the fact that the software is easy to manage and that many things can be done at just the click of a button. Thankfully, Intrinsiq can help here too. In fact, when it comes to data inputting, Intrinsiq is, once again, the go-to school management software for efficiency and ease-of-use.

The ‘Contract’ part of the process discussed last month (https://intrinsiq.net/supportblog/2022/3/8/the-intrinsiq-process-the-contract) is the confirmation of what the client and Intrinsiq have agreed on. Once that is signed and confirmed, we move on to the next stage of the process; probably the most obvious stage which is the actual building of the (part of the) system that the client wants.

For the first three days of this week the Intrinsiq team has been in Dublin, Ireland, where we had the possibility to meet some new and existing partner schools. This was a great opportunity for us to present the Intrinsiq product to these schools, thanks to two workshops that were organised by MEI - Marketing English in Ireland. At this event, our presentation focused on different aspects of a school management system, and how the concept of automation can save time which is otherwise spent on menial stuff by the members of staff at the school.

This week, we had the pleasure of being interviewed by Bernice from Schools and Agentsabout our upcoming trip to Ireland. This trip will be held between Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th April 2022, and the aim of this trip for Intrinsiq is to speak to schools about the importance of 'Automation' and how this saves schools a lot of time on a day to day basis - time that they can otherwise spend focusing on building relationships with all the stakeholders involved, such as students, parents, agents, host families, and so forth.

Intrinsiq and Schools & Agents will be together in Dublin from the 11th to the 13th April delivering interactive workshops to Irish Schools who form part of the MEI organisation. In today’s article we are going to focus on this trip and on the content of the workshop that Mark and Jonas from Intrinsiq will be delivering.
