Like we always say, Intrinsiq is not your usual run-of-the-mill product. It is not something that you get off-the-shelf, which means that your system will need to adapt to the CRM’s systems and processes. On the contrary, Intrinsiq is a bespoke product which enables us to grow with you, in the direction that you want and please. In today’s article we are going to look at how we embark on this journey with you to help you grow.

It is an ongoing relationship

When it comes to our relationship with our clients, at Intrinsiq we believe that this is an ongoing one, and we make sure that it stays that way. The reason is simple - if we understand your growth, we are able to be more efficient when we need to make changes to your school management software. In fact we reach out to our clients periodically to discuss any upgrades we have done to the system. During these periodical calls we speak of updates that they can benefit from, and also to encourage them to let us know if all of their needs are being met.

As a bespoke system, we can go in any direction with you

Sometimes our clients would have expanded their reach to different market areas, and might think Intrinsiq does not cater for this any more, when in fact we would. Therefore, we use these follow-up calls to discuss with our clients what their new ventures are, give them our input as to how Intrinsiq can help them, then we start the whole process again. 

Once we agree on a course of action, we start implementing

What makes Intrinsiq so efficient is that we are hands-on involved in the projects we discuss with our clients. We are their primary contact in the company and everything goes through us, making this a much smoother process. Once we agree with the client on how we are going to proceed, we agree on a cost and settle on a final document and implementation schedule.

We stay in touch with you throughout the process

Once the developments start, we continue to stay in touch with you to keep you updated with what is going on. From our end, we pass the document to our development team and they start working to get the new function onto our client’s system. Once implementation is done we set up calls to guide the staff through the new function. That way the school’s members of staff are becoming familiar with their newly upgraded system while it is being developed. This, obviously, makes the process a much more efficient one.
