How it Works – Course Pricing
Course pricing can be one of the more challenging aspects for many schools, particularly when rates vary based on the number of weeks a student books — which is common in the education sector. As always, Intrinsiq is here to simplify the process with features designed to save you both time and effort.
How it works
Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Academic > Courses
Step 2: Click Add Courses
Step 3: Complete the course details and hit Save
Step 4: Select the Pricing tab at the bottom
Step 5: Enter a Price Name
Step 6: Set the minimum and maximum number of weeks for the pricing tier (perfect for tiered pricing models)
Step 7: Define the date range when this price applies (ideal for seasonal rates)
Step 8: Select the Centre the pricing applies to (helpful if different locations have different rate structures)
Step 9: Apply optional filters such as Agent, Nationality, or Region, and then specify the relevant option for targeted pricing
Step 10: Enter the price
