Faster Record Creation with Intrinsiq Quick Add
At Intrinsiq, we’re always looking for ways to make day-to-day school management faster and more intuitive. Quick Add is a new Beta Feature that gives you a simpler way to create records when you only need the essentials.
What is Quick Add?
Previously, when adding a new record, Intrinsiq would open the full record screen, displaying all available fields. While this provides access to every option, it can be unnecessary when you only need to enter the essential information.
With Quick Add enabled, clicking an Add button opens a compact pop-up window containing only the key fields required to create the record. This reduces the number of clicks and allows records to be created more quickly.
How to Enable Quick Add
- Go to Help.
- Select Beta Features.
- Locate Quick Add.
- Switch it on.
The setting is saved automatically and takes effect immediately.
How It Works
Once enabled, the existing Add buttons continue to work exactly as before. However, instead of opening the full record screen, a Quick Add pop-up appears with only the essential fields required to create the record.
After entering the required information, simply click Save and the record will be created.
Quick Add is available across multiple record types, including:
- Students
- Groups
- Leisure Programmes
- And many other records throughout the system
