How Intrinsiq Works - Correspondence

We always speak of how Intrinsiq can help you run your school more efficiently, and this is mainly done thanks to the system’s communication channel. Basically, instead of having to type in your email, prepare a document you need attached complete with student details etc and then send it, Intrinsiq can do it at the click of a button.

How does Intrinsiq get it right?

The secret to this is a good communication structure with the school especially at the initial stages of the contract. There is a lot of work from our side in the beginning, as we customise an endless number of documents and emails, so by the time staff members are using them, these extra tasks would be finalised and usable.

So how does the Correspondence System work on Intrinsiq?

In this part of the article we’re going to go through the whole process of how to initiate a new form of correspondence between one of the parties listed here: 

  • Student

  • Agent

  • Family

  • Teacher 

For the sake of this article, we are going to use the example of ‘Student Correspondence’.

So here it goes…

Step 1: Load a particular record

Step 2. Click on Email Tab ( alternatively you can choose the SMS tab with similar results)

Step 3: Choose from the list of preset emails (sorted all by us at the beginning)

Step 4: System loads available documents that are related to that particular email. 

Step 5: Choose the one you need. Click Create Email

Step 6: The system automatically compiles all the data needed from the student record both on the email text and in the attached document.

Step 7: Click Send

And how about sending bulk email / sms? How does this feature work?

Step 1: Load up a student search (choose any criteria needed for example students currently in school)

Step 2: Click on the Email or Sms Tab

Step 3: Choose Template

Step 4: Choose attachments

Step 5: Click Create

Step 6: Hit Send.
