The Intrinsiq Onboarding Process

The Intrinsiq process and approach that we take varies depending on the size of the school and the budget that one allocates to a change management project. For this reason, we have produced two onboarding processes that will ensure the smoothest transition possible.

We can guide you in getting started with our Remote Onboarding

As the name suggests, onboarding and all it entails is done remotely. Your new Intrinsiq system is available for immediate deployment, accompanied by comprehensive remote training. We offer dedicated assistance in entering courses and prices and setting up templates and documents. Furthermore, we conduct training calls with each department to ensure thorough understanding and provide detailed user guides for testing. What we strongly suggest is for the school to assign a project manager from their end to streamline the implementation process.

We can manage the onboarding project for you On-site.

Our comprehensive onsite onboarding process means that Intrinsiq will be your project manager throughout. A customer representative from Intrinsiq will visit the main school location to discuss your needs through meetings with your core staff members. The purpose of these meetings is to gather all your requirements and collect all the necessary information that would then be integrated into your new Intrinsiq Platform.

Training is also provided, either onsite or remote depending on the needs of the school, throughout these stages, with bespoke guides added on top of the standard help guide, for future assistance, conveniently located within your Intrinsiq platform. Our customer representative will also be there during the go-live phase to assist you in any way possible and ensure a smooth transition from any system to ours for your whole team.

We migrate your existing data.

Whichever process you choose, remote or onsite, Intrinsiq can migrate data from your old system onto ours. In fact, during the training phase, we migrate some of your data, so that your staff members can do their training and testing with familiar data. We have found that this helps staff members get acquainted with the new system more quickly. Once the testing phase is over and the teams are ready to transition fully onto Intrinsiq, we copy the latest data from your old system onto your new Intrinsiq platform (usually over the weekend) so starting Monday the latest information is on Intrinsiq, and operations can keep flowing seamlessly.

Training, Aftersales, Development and Beyond....

Each of these packages comes with a six-month open Teams channel, where any of your staff members can chat with a dedicated customer representative for quick questions, or further training on certain functions if needed. Clients may also raise tickets that go straight to our support team to be dealt with promptly, with a dedicated team that vets and replies to each ticket and alerts our team of developers when needed. Intrinsiq does not stop there, we understand technology is ever advancing, and we work hard to keep our system abreast with all these updates. We continually develop new functions, either at a client’s request or in-house; functions that are built to ease each of our clients’ operation processes.
