How it Works – Dynamic Emails
Welcome to another edition of How It Works with Intrinsiq! In this instalment, we’re introducing one of our newest tools: dynamic emails. With email templates, your team can communicate quickly and effectively with students, host families, agents, parents, and more. And thanks to our dynamic email feature, creating and using these templates is now easier than ever.
Getting Started with Dynamic Emails
Step 1: Run your usual search or report.
Step 2: Choose your recipients — either select all or pick specific ones manually.
Step 3: Go to Emails > Dynamic Emails.
Step 4: Add dynamic fields from the menu on the right to personalise messages — or allow the system to load the pre-set fields automatically.
Step 5: Pick a ready-made template or create a new one from scratch.
Step 6: Attach any necessary files, including stored dynamic Word templates or documents from your device.
Step 7: Preview your email by clicking the review button next to the recipient list.
Step 8: If you want to save the template for future use, click Save as, name your template, and save it.
Step 9: Review and hit send, confident that your message is tailored to each recipient.

Easy Access Anywhere The dynamic email tool is integrated across dashboards, searches, and reports, so it’s always right where you need it — helping you work more efficiently.
