Intrinsiq Insider: What We’ve Learned from Working with Schools for 25+ Years

At Intrinsiq, we’ve had the privilege of working closely with schools and educational institutions for more than two decades. Over those years, we’ve seen first-hand the challenges schools face, the resilience of their teams, and the creative ways they adapt to change. It’s been a journey that has shaped not only our software but also the way we think about partnerships, flexibility, and innovation. 

Here are just a few of the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

That resilience is inspiring. It’s also a reminder for us at Intrinsiq to never stand still. Just as schools evolve, so do we. Whether it’s enhancing existing features or developing entirely new ones, we’re committed to making sure our platform grows in step with the institutions we support. 

3. Integration is no longer optional 

Another insight we’ve gained is how vital it is for schools to have systems that work well together. In today’s environment, most schools use multiple platforms — from learning management systems to accounting software to marketing tools. But switching between them often creates unnecessary work, introduces errors, or results in lost information. 

We’ve made integration a core part of our strategy. By connecting Intrinsiq with the platforms schools already use — whether that’s accounting software like Xero, or student engagement tools — we help create a seamless flow of information. This ensures everyone has real-time access to what they need, when they need it, without duplication or confusion.
