Our latest update brings a refreshed, modern facelift to the Host Family Allocator, designed to simplify student accommodation management from start to finish. 

The new layout offers a cleaner interface with enhanced visibility. Both student details and host family information now sit on a single page, removing the need to switch back and forth and making placement decisions quicker and clearer for school operations teams. 

We’ve also introduced an extra confirmation prompt when assigning a student to a room, ensuring accuracy before finalising a booking. Once confirmed, the host family email template loads instantly on the same screen, allowing staff to review and send placement details for acceptance or rejection without interrupting their workflow. 

This update reflects our ongoing commitment to improving usability across the Intrinsiq platform. By listening to client feedback and evolving alongside the international education industry, we continue to make day-to-day operations simpler, faster, and more intuitive.
